Best burger joint around! Love the bacon cheeseburger and fries. My family loves the pastrami sandwiches too.

Something is different I ordered a double cheeseburger the other day and for some reason the cheese taste like wax. I hope they're not skimping on the ingredients in the 80s that place was untouchable the best burger in town always had a great taste when the old man was around. if it has to do with price, your customers will pay that for quality.

I've never been disappointed going here the burgers are a great old school burger with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, grilled onions, pickles, and a house made 1000 island sauce. I love their fried zucchini and onion rings too. Both comes with a large ranch. The employees there are very nice and efficient when taking orders. There is usually a long night outside during the evening. I have not yet been here for breakfast but I heard great things about it.

JB Burgers makes good breakfast burritos and it's been our spot when we want it. The place has been remodeled in recent years? The restaurant is bright and clean. You order at the window and you get the food yourself when they call your order number. You are able to see what they are cooking on the griddle from the order windows. It's pretty cool. We ordered bacon and chorizo breakfast burritos. They are both really good. They use thick bacon and make it crispy. It goes well with eggs and hash browns then all wrapped up in a soft flour tortilla. So good. Remember to get some salsa to go with the burritos!

I crave JB burgers fries all the time. I will specifically drive 15 minutes to get these specific fries. I usually get a hamburger with everything and fries. The hamburger is juicy and delicious. You cannot go wrong with a hamburger stand burger. The service is always great and food comes out pretty fast. Give it a try!

Old-school burger spot in Old Town Monrovia that serves char-broiled hamburgers and Orange Bang. Love the onion rings here. Also, good Breakfast Burritos. Prices aren't bad, very friendly service, good food. Restrooms available for customers and parking shouldn't be an issue, unless it's Friday night (Monrovia Farmers Market). JB Burgers is more of a burger stand than a restaurant. Located near the southern end of Old Towne Monrovia, it sits on a corner with very limited seating, about 3 or 4 tables inside. I've never actually went inside because there's an order window and another for pick up. Menus are posted on the wall and printed ones are displayed by the windows. JB serves casual foods, mostly burgers and sandwiches, with some other familiar items, so you'll not find anything exotic or fancy here. When I do come, I always get cheeseburgers, a pastrami sandwich and fries. It's not gourmet nor the best, but it's pretty good. The pastrami is piled high and there's enough meat to make another sandwich. The burgers are a decent size fills the craving. Prices are more than fair and in line with a fast casual joint like this. Service isn't outstanding from my own experience, as they're just here to take orders and call out your food, but it's not bad either. JB is a good spot when I crave that salty fatty pastrami, and pick up some burgers & fries for others. There should be street parking nearby, and always seem to have a line outside when it's around meal times.

An old timey place with many standard but classic and solid food options. You can order at the window outside, or by the counter inside. I had the pastrami sandwich which can be loaded with pickles and mustard. Price range is similar to The Hat, but I do feel lik the amount of pastrami given was just a little bit more. Food and drinks are picked up at the counter where it's ordered, and you can sit yourself and any available tables, some of which were dirty/grimey. The staff at the front was nice and helpful.

So delicious! I have driven by here so many times and have always seen a lot of people ordering food from the front window and I wanted to try it. Well today I finally did. Was out running some errands and decided to stop and grab some lunch. I ordered a cheeseburger with zucchini and an iced tea. The zucchini fries were so delicious, so crunchy, and the ranch that accompanied it was delicious as well. The burger was bomb. It tasted like it came right off of a charcoal grill. Portion size was a lot. I ended up taking home pretty much all of the zucchini. They have a small seating area inside and also another order window so I ended up sitting inside to eat. Looks like there's a few tables outside as well. Definitely want to go back and try the breakfast burritos. And the nice thing is they serve breakfast all day!

First time at JB burgers and came with my nephews before catching a movie! Food: -BLT on wheat: this was for me and I thought it was delicious! It's the normal size of bread if you get wheat bread from a store so it isn't huge, but it's also pretty cheap so I understand. I liked that I could finish the whole thing in one seating -Hot Dog: my nephew ate it all up! -Corn dog: it was quite hot so had to wait a bit but a solid corn dog -Fries: Both nephews kept commenting on how good the fries were here. They were deliciously crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside- my perfect A for fries! Service: -My nephew LOVES ketchup and kept making comments and the cashier was so kind to him and bantered with him so I appreciated that kindness so much! The staff is lovely here Ambiance: -I sat by a gentleman with his two kids and we just casually got to talking and that, I would say, felt like the ambiance of JB Burgers. Very home-ey and casual and a lot of families and kids all ordering different things. I love it! Overall: -YES I will be back and want to make JB Burgers an addition into our routine of eating-outs!
